“The folks at FoodFellas, professionals working in the food service industry serving well-known luxury brands, have taken over “Al Cortile” and have chosen the stoneware collections of Dutch Rose and Costa Nova that blend well with their style of cooking and the layout of the well-known Milan restaurant.
The Al Cortile Restaurant in Milan is a loft full of light and energy with 200 square meters set in an evocative and anachronistic context that also hosts showrooms, artists, young architects, and designers. It has an atmosphere that conveys the authentic flavor of Milan and postwar Italy, a unique atmosphere for experiencing the real Milan.
The project was created by the Food Genius Academy, whose most talented students of the Haute Cuisine and Pastry and Restaurant Management courses were recruited, during Expo 2015. But, given its great success, it remained open after the Expo, hosting major events with star chefs and personalities from the international food and wine scene.
