Star chef Baptiste Denieul loves our Nezumi collection.

After a culinary apprenticeship with the renowned Alain Ducasse and Eric Fréchon, Baptiste Denieul has taken over the family restaurant in Guer, France.

In his early thirties, Baptiste Denieul practices his art at L’Auberge Tiegezh with his wife Marion. The restaurant is the culmination of his roots, experiences, and desires.

In 2017, he earned his first Michelin star, distinguishing himself as the youngest chef to achieve this important recognition.

“We are very sensitive about the art of the table setting at our restaurant and find that Tokyo Design Studio and Livellara meet our criteria of elegance and references to Japanese culture.
